TE Connectivity and Philips Lumileds have worked together in releasing a new range of holders which foster quicker and more reliable adoption of LED technology in the lighting industry.
Supporting a full range of LUXEON LED arrays, the Type LH, LK and LS solderless LED sockets enable customers to quickly and easily connect LEDs mechanically, optically, thermally and electrically, all using standard screws.
While significantly reducing installation time, these new, customized solderless LED sockets also offer increased reliability and improved quality control. Robustly engineered and feature-rich, additional options include snap-in capability for cable routing and retention, optic attachments, and high reflectivity to maximize light output.
Costs are minimized and value is optimized because each socket is specifically designed for its respective application. All Type LH, LK and LS LED sockets are RoHS compliant and are ideal for a wide variety of residential, commercial, and general lighting applications, including spotlights, downlights, retrofit bulbs, track lights and more.
