South Carolina based foundation repair services expert has announced a lifetime transferrable warranty for their services. Should there be a need for a warranty service after the initial foundation repair, the Ram Jack Dealers Association National Limited Warranty Trust is in place to insure service is available regardless of the status of the installing dealer.
The National Warranty Trust is in addition to the Lifetime Transferrable Warranty provided by the installing Ram Jack dealer. The National Limited Warranty Trust supports the lifetime warranty and is managed by the dealers association to offer guaranteed security and protection for customers. The National Limited Warranty Trust sets aside funds for the exclusive purpose of warranty repair and service. The warranty shall be valid only if the existing dealer is no longer in business.
To be eligible for the warranty, the job should have been completed and paid in full. Once the installation is complete, the participating Ram Jack dealer shall give information on how to enroll.
When asked if the warranty was because they are afraid of going out of business, the spokesperson said “Ram Jack is offering the National Warranty Trust as a safeguard for anyone who uses Ram Jack for foundation repairs. Given the state of the economy, people are concerned about the possibility of a company that may go out of business. If a company does go out of business what happens to the warranty? It’s a valid concern. Our company is solid but we have decided to offer guaranteed assurance for our customers. If a Ram Jack dealer does go out of business, the owner sells or retires from business, customers can be confident that they will always have a Lifetime Warranty with guaranteed support.
The transferrable warranty is to allow customers of Ram Jack to have piece of mind for the rest of the life of their installing dealer’s warranty.
