Galesburg Illinois hospice staff help residents of a skilled nursing facility celebrate the holiday season with a special holiday visit. Harbor Light Hospice who provides hospice care in Galesburg, Illinois spread holiday cheer by dressing up in holiday attire and holding community event.
Holiday Cheer
Residents of the McComb Skilled Nursing Facility were surprised with a special holiday treat when Harbor Light Hospice personnel adorned festive holiday attire to help bring the season of Christmas to the facility. Harbor Light Hospice organized this holiday event in order to help patients who are otherwise isolated celebrate the holidays in a meaningful way. The event was impactful for both hospice staff personnel and patients who had the opportunity to bond as friends during this special time of year.
