The Royal Kona Resort has recently relaunched their site RoyalKona.com. The relaunch is a complete overhaul in terms of design and functionality in regards to the previous one. The site was remade in order to provide the staff at the Royal Kona Resort with a website that was easier to operate and to give visitors a more meaningful experience when they were interacting with it. The primary goal of the site redesign was to fashion a web presence that was as appealing as it was dynamic. And in order for this to be a reality the site would need to provide a compelling interaction experience.
The aesthetic appeal of the site has been improved in every way. The site now showcases large images in an entirely different design scheme. The redesigned homepage now contains a slide show which is comprised of high resolution images that gives visitors a good view of the resort as well as the surrounding grounds. And while a lot of work went into improving the appearance of Royal Kona's website, equal time was given to improve the site's functionality. This is why in the site redesign an entry field was added directly beneath the resort's slideshow. This was done to give visitors the chance to immediately book their stay at the resort. Now someone can visit RoyalKona.com and begin planning their Big Island family vacation right from the homepage.
The relaunched site focused on more than improved design elements but also ensured that the site's visitors are able to engage with an updated format that provides numerous entry points to their chosen content. This was a much needed addition seeing as how The Royal Kona Resort has always been proud of its willingness to provide flexible and luxurious all-inclusive Hawaii vacation packages to their guests. Now this is properly showcased on their relaunched website. This is because the new site's different entry points will also serve to easily connect visitors to the deals and packages which are the most advantageous to them.
